Ad Hoc Research Consultation
At different points in a research or evaluation project, the investigators often just need a short-term “sounding board” – confirmation of a sample size, a second opinion on the validity or reliability of the use of a proposed instrument, some advice on the next analytic step, or even just some set of facts that need to be located quickly.
OMR and Digital Scanning Services
We have the ability to perform both digital and OMR (aka. “Scantron”or “bubble sheet”) scanning services on-site using our state-of-the-art iNSIGHT 20 Document Scanner.
This can be used for:
- On-Site “Paper to PDF” Scanning (ex. archiving records)
- “Off the Shelf” OMR Form Scanning (ex. exams)
- Customized Scannable Form Design and Scanning (we can design the forms for you) (ex. attendee feedback forms)
Research Training and Consulting
Perhaps you already have on-staff investigators or researchers who just need some pointers and advice to be able to undertake the work you need to have done.
We can assess your knowledge and information needs and arrange training in the research and evaluation areas you require. For example, a few hours on questionnaire design or sampling theory or data analysis may be all that is needed to allow your staff to successfully undertake investigations into their own content areas of expertise.

We can manage your data for you on our virtually unlimited electronic storage space.
We provide traditional data processing services such as:
- Reports and statistics by specific groupings
- Automatic instrument creation from a database of questions
- Comparative statistics for examining change from previous administrations of instruments
